Dragon 1/6 Military - 1/6 Kubelwagen Type 82 - D75003

The Volkswagen Type 82 Kübelwagen ('bucket car') was Germany's standard light utility vehicle of World War II, designed using the air-cooled, rear-engined mechanicals of the Beetle to create a simple, lightweight vehicle capable of traversing rough terrain far more reliably than heavier contemporaries. Used by the Wehrmacht in every theatre of the war for reconnaissance, liaison and troop transport, its distinctive angular bodywork and flat-four engine made it instantly recognisable.

Dragon's large 1/6 scale rendition of the Kübelwagen allows for a remarkable level of engineering detail rarely seen in smaller-scale kits, including a fully detailed air-cooled engine, chassis and interior, reproduced with crisp panel lines and accurate proportions throughout.

The kit includes decals for period German markings and full assembly instructions, with parts engineered to let the finished model be displayed with opened engine or storage compartments to showcase the interior detail.

A superb centrepiece for a large-scale German vehicle collection, this Kübelwagen kit offers exceptional detail and display presence thanks to its generous 1/6 scale.
