The T-34/76 Model 1943 was the definitive mid-war iteration of the Soviet Union's legendary medium tank, recognisable by its hexagonal 'Mickey Mouse' cast turret. Late production runs added a raised commander's cupola to the turret roof, finally giving the tank commander proper all-round vision after years of Red Army crews complaining about poor situational awareness. These tanks formed the backbone of Soviet armoured formations through the Battle of Kursk and the subsequent drive westward.

Dragon's rendering of this important variant uses slide-mould technology to capture the turret's distinctive cast texture, weld seams and hatch detail with real fidelity, while individual Magic Track workable track links let the finished model sag realistically over the road wheels and idler. The lower hull, running gear and engine deck panels are all crisply moulded to reflect wartime Soviet production standards.
