About this kit
This figure and support-weapon set from Dragon depicts a German 3.7cm PaK 35/36 anti-tank gun crew taking a break from combat on the Eastern Front - a quiet "chow time" vignette rather than an action pose, ideal for adding human interest and narrative to a diorama base. The 3.7cm PaK 35/36 was the standard German infantry anti-tank gun at the start of WWII; by the time of the Eastern Front campaign its 37mm round was already being outclassed by Soviet armour, leaving crews reliant on skill, camouflage and close-range shots.
The set combines Dragon's finely sculpted multi-pose figures - each crewman cast with individual character, field gear and Eastern Front uniform detail - with an accurately scaled 3.7cm PaK 35/36 gun kit, complete with its split trail carriage, shield and breech detail.
Crisp injection-moulded figures with separate head, arm and equipment options allow modellers to vary poses and create a natural, relaxed grouping around the gun, while ammunition crates and personal kit add further scene-setting detail.
Perfect for modellers building a full-scale Eastern Front vignette, this set pairs neatly with Dragon's other infantry and gun kits to populate a wider diorama.
