About this kit
U.S. armoured infantry rode into battle mounted on M4 Sherman tanks and in M3 halftracks, providing the close-in protection armoured columns needed against panzerfausts and dug-in infantry during the 1944-45 campaign in North-West Europe. This Gen2-series figure set captures GIs of an armoured infantry squad in typical combat poses.
Dragon's Gen2 figures are prized for their improved anatomical proportions and natural, dynamic stances compared to earlier generations of figure sculpting. Separate ammunition pouches, entrenching tools, canteens and individually moulded weapons - Garands, Thompsons, BARs - allow modellers to fine-tune each figure's loadout and pose before gluing.
