The Sd.Kfz.251/21 was a specialised anti-aircraft variant of the ubiquitous Sd.Kfz.251 half-track, fitted with the "Drilling" triple mount of three MG151/20 20mm aircraft cannon adapted for ground use. It was rushed into service from 1944 to counter growing Allied air superiority over the battlefield.
Built on Dragon's well-detailed Ausf.D hull, the simplified, straight-sided late-war production pattern, this kit reproduces the distinctive triple-gun turntable mount and armoured gun shield in fine slide-moulded plastic.
The kit includes detailed interior stowage and equipment, with decals for late-war Wehrmacht markings.
A distinctive late-war German support vehicle that stands out in any armour collection or diorama depicting the defence against Allied air power in 1944-45.
