About this kit
By April 1945 the defence of Berlin had fallen to an improvised mix of Wehrmacht remnants, Waffen-SS, Volkssturm militia and Hitler Youth, fighting Soviet armour street by street with little more than Panzerfausts and small arms - desperate close-quarter 'tank hunters' who often struck under cover of darkness, the Nachtjäger this set takes its name from.
Dragon's 1/35 figures reflect this scratch late-war defence with mixed uniform and civilian clothing, steel helmets, and Panzerfaust anti-tank weapons, sculpted in tense, urban-combat poses suited to a ruined-city setting.
The set includes multiple figures, decals and instructions, and is designed to populate a Berlin 1945 street diorama alongside rubble, barricades and knocked-out armour.
A powerful, atmospheric set for modellers building the final battle for Berlin, adding the human, last-ditch element to a collection of late-war German armour.
