About this kit
The M48A1 was an early production variant of the M48 Patton, America's standard main battle tank through the late 1950s and into the Vietnam era. Distinguished by its large, rounded commander's cupola mounting a .50 calibre machine gun, the M48A1 equipped US Army and Marine Corps armoured units and was supplied to numerous allied nations during the Cold War.
