Dragon 1/16 Military - 1/16 Wehrmacht Unteroffizier (Easter Front 1943) - D1601

This 1/16 scale figure depicts a Wehrmacht Unteroffizier — a junior NCO of the German Army — on the Eastern Front in 1943, the year of Kursk and the grinding retreats that followed the Stalingrad disaster. It's a single-figure study of a mid-war German infantry non-commissioned officer, rendered in the greatly enlarged 1/16 scale that lets every strap, pouch and fold of cloth be modelled and painted with real presence.

Dragon's large-scale figure kits use finely engineered plastic parts to reproduce uniform detail, personal webbing and equipment far more crisply than is possible in the more common 1/35 range, rewarding careful painting with a genuine "miniature bust" level of realism.

The kit includes full instructions, decals for insignia and markings, and all the parts needed to build the figure straight from the box.

A striking single-subject build for figure painters and collectors who want a large, characterful WWII German soldier as a stand-alone display piece rather than a diorama component.
