About this kit
Z38 was a Type 1936A (Mob) destroyer of the Kriegsmarine, one of the "Narvik-type" large destroyers armed with 15cm main guns and built for operations in the heavy seas of the North Atlantic and Arctic; she survived the war and was ceded to Britain as a war prize, serving briefly as HMS Nonsuch before being scrapped.
Engineered as a Dragon Smart Kit, this 1/350 Z-38 benefits from re-engineered tooling that reduces part count and simplifies assembly without sacrificing detail, with slide-moulded hull sections, twin and single 15cm gun mounts and torpedo tube banks captured with crisp, seam-free surfaces.
