Italeri 1/48 Aircraft - IAI Kfir C1/C2 Combat Aircraft - 92688

The Italeri 1/48 IAI Kfir C1/C2 (92688) is a 1/48 scale model kit of the Israeli Aircraft Industries Kfir — Israel's home-developed fighter based on the Dassault Mirage III/5 airframe but powered by the General Electric J79 engine from the F-4 Phantom. The Kfir combined the Mirage's delta-wing aerodynamics with American engine reliability and Israeli-specific avionics. The C2 variant added distinctive canard foreplanes and strakes for improved maneuverability. An important and rarely modelled Israeli aircraft.
