The Italeri 1/35 Tiger Support Vehicle (6764) is a 1/35 scale model kit of the Bergepanzer Tiger — the armoured recovery vehicle variant of the Tiger I used to recover knocked-out and broken-down Tigers from the battlefield. The Tiger's enormous weight meant standard recovery vehicles were inadequate, so dedicated Tiger ARVs were created. The Tiger Support Vehicle provided the heavy lift and towing capability needed to recover the Wehrmacht's most important heavy tank for repair and return to service.
