The Italeri 1/35 M60A3 (6582) is a 1/35 scale model kit of the M60A3 — the final and most capable production variant of the M60 main battle tank that was the primary US Army MBT through the 1960s and 1970s. The A3 upgrade added a thermal sight and solid state ballistic computer that dramatically improved accuracy, keeping the M60 competitive into the 1980s. It served with numerous NATO allies and saw extensive combat in Middle East conflicts, including with Israel.
