The Italeri 1/35 M7 Priest Self-Propelled Howitzer (6580) is a 1/35 scale model kit of the M7 Priest — the 105mm howitzer mounted on a Sherman chassis that became the standard Allied self-propelled artillery piece from 1942. The M7 served with US, British, Canadian, and numerous Allied forces from El Alamein to the final battles in Germany. The distinctive pulpit-style machine gun ring gave it its nickname 'Priest'. An important and iconic piece of Allied WWII artillery.
