The Italeri 1/35 38cm Sturmmorser Tiger Sturmtiger (6573) is a 1/35 scale model kit of the Sturmtiger — the enormous German WWII assault mortar vehicle armed with a 38cm naval rocket projector capable of demolishing fortified buildings with a single shot. Only 18 Sturmtigers were built, based on the Tiger I chassis, and they served in small numbers in the last years of the war. Italeri's kit captures the massive boxy superstructure and distinctive projectile loader of this extraordinary vehicle.
