The Italeri 1/48 Ju-87B Stuka Battle of Britain 80th (2807) is a 1/48 scale model kit of the Junkers Ju 87B Stuka in Battle of Britain special edition — commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, during which the Stuka's vulnerability to Hurricane and Spitfire fighters was brutally exposed. Despite its terrifying dive-bombing capability against ground targets, the Ju 87B suffered heavy losses over Britain in August 1940 and had to be withdrawn from the battle. A historically significant anniversary edition.
