The Italeri 1/48 Bf 109 K-4 (2805) is a 1/48 scale model kit of the Messerschmitt Bf 109 K-4 — the final and most powerful production variant of Germany's most important WWII fighter. The K-4 featured the DB 605 ASCM engine, MW 50 boost, and 30mm MK 108 cannon, making it one of the fastest and most potently armed piston fighters of the war. Produced in the final months of 1944 and early 1945, the K-4 was Germany's last hope against the overwhelmingly superior Allied air forces.
