The Italeri 1/35 StuG IV (223) is a 1/35 scale model kit of the Sturmgeschütz IV — the StuG III's superstructure married to the Panzer IV hull, created as an expedient when the StuG III production facility was bombed in November 1943. Over 1,100 were produced in 1944–45 and the StuG IV served alongside the more common StuG III on all fronts. The combination of the StuG's superstructure on the Panzer IV's more spacious hull created an effective if somewhat unexpected vehicle.
