The 1/35 Das Werk VK45.01(P) "Rammtiger" kit represents one of the more unusual and experimental German armoured vehicle concepts of WWII. Based on the chassis of the Porsche Tiger (VK45.01(P)), the Rammtiger was envisioned as a heavy assault vehicle designed for urban combat and fortification clearing, featuring a reinforced superstructure intended to demolish obstacles by ramming. Although the project never moved beyond the prototype stage, its unique design remains a fascinating “what-if” subject for modelers.
