The 1/35 Das Werk 2cm Flak 30 model kit offers a detailed scale replica of the renowned German 20mm anti-aircraft gun. The model allows for adjustable elevation, features a highly detailed hollow plastic muzzle brake, includes 2cm ammunition magazines, and comes with photo-etched parts. Developed in the early 1930s by Rheinmetall’s Swiss subsidiary due to Treaty of Versailles restrictions, the Flak 30 was extensively used by the Wehrmacht’s Luftwaffe and Army in mobile and homeland defence units before being succeeded by the enhanced 2cm Flak 38.
