1/35 Tamiya - Iraqi Tank T-55 Enigma (PRE-ORDER)

During the 1991 Gulf War, the Iraqi army utilized an upgraded version of the T-55 tank, distinguishable by added armour blocks on both the turret and hull for greater protection. These tanks were incorporated into regular Iraqi armour units and were reportedly utilized as command tanks. Referred to as "Enigma" by Coalition forces due to their lack of official designation, multiple examples were captured during the conflict. The model accurately reflects the tank's length of 259mm and width of 109mm, as well as its imposing appearance with the added armour. For enhanced detail, frames for the turret armour blocks are moulded separately, while the hull armour blocks are moulded with their frames for easier assembly. Additionally, belt-type tracks and one figure are included.
