The 1/35 Tamiya - German Panzer IV/70(A) is a highly detailed model kit that recreates one of the late-war German tank destroyers developed in 1944. Designed to increase the firepower of existing Panzer IV tanks, the IV/70(A) combined the chassis of the Panzer IV Ausf. J with the powerful L/70 7.5cm long-barrel gun found on the Jagdpanzer IV/70(V). Approximately 280 units were built, and the vehicle served on both the Eastern and Western Fronts.
This model captures the unique hybrid design and battlefield upgrades, including the distinctive Thoma mesh Schürzen armour skirts.
