Shop Update

First off, apologies for the erratic opening hours over the past few weeks. There have been a number of reasons for this, but as someone who much prefers bricks-and-mortar shops to online shopping, I completely understand how frustrating it's been. Having now spent time on the other side of the counter, I've come to realise that, unfortunately, these situations can be unavoidable.

As a proud shopkeeper and a passionate supporter of independent retailers, it's bittersweet to admit that SuperModels has grown to the point where our online business now demands the majority of my time. While that's a fantastic position to be in, it does mean I need to prioritise the areas that will allow the business to continue growing.

With that in mind, our permanent opening hours will now be:

🕕 Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00pm – 8:00pm*
🕙 Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

*Excludes Modellers Anonymous club nights.

I appreciate this may disappoint some of our local customers, but my hope is that these new hours will be consistent, reliable, and busier, allowing me to provide a better service both in-store and online.

Oh...don’t forget, locals can join our social club, and order for collection on club nights!
