The OT-26 kept a single turret armed with a flamethrower and coaxial machine gun, while the second turret of the twin turret T-26 was removed. More than 550 were built in the early 1930s, and Finland captured several during the Winter War.

With its single turret offset on the T-26 hull, the OT-26 has a distinctive lopsided look that is instantly recognisable next to the twin turret T-26, and it is a good talking point for anyone interested in early Soviet armour experiments. It makes an unusual and characterful addition to any Red Army collection.

Key Features

Builds the single turret OT-26 flamethrower tank

Based on the T-26 light tank chassis

Unusual early Soviet armour subject that stands out in a collection

Two man crew vehicle, easy to pair with tank crew figures

Natural partner to the standard T-26 kit

Quick Facts

Manufacturer: Zvezda

Kit number: Z3540

Scale: 1/35

Barcode: 4600327035400

Pairs well with: Zvezda Z3542 Soviet Tank T-26 and Z3504 WWII Soviet Tank Crew

Paints, glue and tools are not included.
