Soviet cavalry corps fought throughout the war, often raiding behind German lines, and this set is a dramatic way to show that side of the Eastern Front.

Mounted figures add movement and drama that infantry alone cannot, and horses are a rewarding painting challenge with plenty of scope for different coat colours. Put the riders on a snowy steppe base or a muddy village road for an eye catching scene.

Key Features

Four Cossack riders and four horses, each horse in a different pose

Pattern 27 cavalry sabres with separate scabbards

Carbines, binoculars, pistol holsters and rolled greatcoats

Choice of clean shaven or moustached heads

Each horse comes with its own stand

Quick Facts

Manufacturer: Zvezda

Kit number: Z3579

Scale: 1/35

Barcode: 4600327035790

Pairs well with: Zvezda Z3526 Red Army Infantry Set

Paints, glue and tools are not included.
