The SU-122-54 used the reliable T-54 running gear and placed its long 122 mm gun in a heavily armoured, well sloped casemate with a crew of five. As turreted tanks with powerful guns became standard, dedicated tank destroyers of this layout fell out of favour. Its low, angular silhouette contrasts nicely with turreted tanks that shared its chassis.

Key Features

Injection moulded plastic parts

Casemate superstructure with the long 122 mm gun

T-54 based running gear

Decals and painting guide

The kit is unassembled and unpainted; glue, paint and tools are sold separately.
