MEXAS, or Modular Expandable Armour System, added modular armour panels to the hull and turret for extra protection in Afghanistan. The TWMP is a blade system fitted to the front of the tank that lifts and pushes aside soil and buried mines in the path of each track. Together they make a dramatic, heavily equipped subject for modern armour collections.

Key Features

Individual track links with two assembly jigs

Power pack with plastic and photo etched parts, plus lifting frame

Separate MEXAS armour plates on the turret

Clear periscopes and hatches that can be posed open

Detailed Track Width Mine Plough

Four jerry cans and two machine gun options

Glue, paint and tools are required and sold separately.
