Canadian Leopard C2s deployed to Afghanistan in the 2000s, where some were fitted with MEXAS add on armour and mine ploughs. The C2 programme was a cost effective way to modernise the fleet by reusing proven hulls with newer turrets, and it remains a popular subject for modellers interested in Canadian armour. This kit builds the C2 without MEXAS armour; the MEXAS version is Hobby Boss 84557.

Key Features

Individual track links with two assembly jigs

Full power pack and lifting cradle

Photo etched engine deck grille covers

Clear periscopes and textured turret side armour

Two gun barrels

Three finishing options with Canadian maple leaf decals

First released by Hobby Boss in 2022

This kit is built and painted by you; glue and paint are sold separately.
